"I joined the Fitness Club for Women two years ago as a mum with two young children under four, and didn’t have much time for exercise. I found the club most welcoming with warm and friendly staff and fellow members. I looked at four gyms in Wellesley before picking the FCFW and believe one of its biggest advantages for a mother with young children is the childcare. I was not in a position to be able to plan 24 hours or in some cases a week in advance for a specific time and day to workout. The flexibility of being able to arrive any time and have an experienced, friendly, and patient staff member mind my children was a huge plus for the club. The large number of classes run throughout each day also meant most times I arrived I could find a class I enjoyed. Now two years have passed and I workout 5-6 times per week. I feel great and believe I am a great role model for my children. I would recommend this club to anyone looking for a smaller club who wants a staff that knows and cares about their members."
