Mission Statement
|

|
Our goal is to provide an environment of total wellness in which we help to improve the lives of our members both physically and mentally.
We desire to educate and inspire you to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle by offering a variety of classes, programs, lectures, and training.
Our “Open Door Policy” is meant to encourage an open flow of questions, comments, and suggestions so that we can grow as a business and better serve our customers.
We treat our customers and employees fairly and impartially with respect and professionalism. We work together in an atmosphere of mutual appreciation for every person’s contributions. We listen to each other before decisions are made; and once a decision has been made, we work together to achieve the goal.
We promote a warm and friendly atmosphere which strives to better meet the needs of our members.
We believe that total wellness is a journey, not a destination. We recognize that we are successful when our members feel successful.
