What is Shiatsu Massage?
Shiatsu is a form of Asian Bodywork Therapy which treats the human body/mind/spirit by pressure and/or manipulation for the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health.
Health, as in nature, is determined by a smooth flow of vital energy called Qi. This energy circulates in our bodies along pathways called meridians.
Shiatsu means finger pressure; and although Shiatsu is primarily pressure, usually applied with the thumbs along these meridian lines, extensive soft tissue manipulation and both active and passive stretching may be part of the treatments.

What is Hot Stone Massage?
Hot Stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. It is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage. The gentle strokes will leave you feeling totally renewed. The heat helps to release tight muscles and promote deep relaxation.
What is Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff neck, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the strokes are the same as in a sweedish massage, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
What is Sweedish Massage?
Sweedish massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility, and create relaxation.
