Pilates: This class will increase core strength and improve overall body strength, flexibility & balance.
|

Dance(NIA style): This class is a smooth flowing style of dance, combining forms of jazz, modern dance, cha-cha salsa & marenge.
|

Slow Flow Yoga: Vinyasa style yoga at a slow-flowing pace. Works the entire body through a series of yoga postures and stretches that build strength, flexibility and balance. You will leave this class feeling energized and renewed.

Tai Chi: Tai Chi is traditionally a style of martial arts fighting techniques. However, this format brings those moves to a fluid flow, allowing for strength building, flexibility, and relaxation.

Body-n-Soul will be open until 1:00pm Monday-Friday. Please enjoy our current limited schedule. A Saturday class is in the works!
