On January 18th, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Monday 8:15am Bosu and 5:30pm Zumba class is cancelled.
The Tuesday 4:30 Pilates Body Burn Class will be held in the large studio on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. (January: 5th & 19th)
