As of Saturday August 1st, all classes will be held at our regular location, 200 Linden Street.

Classes Monday through Wednesday, will be held at the temporary studios.  There will be no classes on Thursday July 30th, as we will be moving all equipment back into 200 Linden Street.   We plan to have classes on Friday, July 31st at 200 Linden Street.  Please call or check back for an update on Thursday after 3:00pm.

All classes listed as Studio A on the class schedule will be held in the fitness room.

All classes listed as Studio B on the class schedule will be held in the small studio.

 

At the Fitness Club for Women, our goal is to provide you with overall wellness. By offering a variety of classes, nutritional counseling, and personal training, we will educate and motivate you to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
